The quality of a SOLAMAGIC patio heater can be measured by several different indicators, especially its service life. The particularly long life cycle of our products is always ensured by high-quality materials and responsible production in our factories in Germany. The SOLAMAGIC infrared heater is made to last and therefore new products do not have to be constantly manufactured to replace those that quickly break down. The SOLAMAGIC patio heater lasts 10-12 years in use.

NO ENVIRONMENTALLY HARMFUL CO2 EMISSIONS

SOLAMAGIC patio heaters have been developed to meet modern requirements in such a way that they have the least possible environmental and climate impact. Taking the environment into account is an important and completely natural part of product development. For this reason, SOLAMAGIC patio heaters do not produce any direct carbon dioxide emissions. At the same time, continuous product development has enabled increasingly efficient heat production and reduced energy consumption. SOLAMAGIC heating is on average 80% cheaper than, for example, using a liquefied gas-powered patio heater. The heat produced by gas heaters is mostly directed into the atmosphere and is therefore not the most optimal method of heating outdoors, because only 39% of the heat produced is directed to the comfort zone, i.e. the area where the heat is needed and felt.

90% RECYCLABLE

Thanks to continuous product development, we also know how to utilize the principles of sustainable development in production, and 90% of the materials used in Solamagic patio heaters can be recycled! Product development engineers at Solamagic are constantly working to make Solamagic patio heaters 100% made from recycled materials in the near future.

MAINTENANCE OR REPLACEMENT?

In case of a possible complaint, we carefully check each product and assess whether it makes more sense to repair the damaged products at our factory in Germany. If it makes more sense, we will do so, because it does not make sense to manufacture a new product to minimize the disposable economy.
