Installing the patio heater is easy and our high-quality accessories make using the heater easier and more comfortable.

All surface-mounted patio heaters in our online store are ready-to-use plug and play packages and equipped with a standard Schüko plug, so installation is easy.

To ensure safe installation, you only need to follow the installation and operating instructions and safety distances that come with the device.

INSTALLATION OF A TERRACE HEATER

All of our surface-mounted patio heaters are quite lightweight, weighing between 3 and 9 kg depending on the model. Attach the patio heater to the wall or ceiling using the brackets that come with the heater. You only need a few screws to install.

To install an embedded patio heater, you need a little more knowledge and tools.

We always recommend a professional electrician in your area if necessary.

INSTALLATION OF A TERRACE HEATER

Attaching a separate Solamagic ARC, BTC or LEDPRO DUO Control Unit to the heat radiator is easy with the two included Allen screws and attaching the power cable with a Hirschmann quick connector. As an accessory, for certain models, you can order power cables of different lengths in dark gray or white.

If you do not have a suitable place to mount your patio heater, we recommend choosing the original and sturdy Solamagic Basepod or Tripod. The base also allows you to easily move your heater.

Attaching the patio heater under an awning or patio umbrella is easy with separately sold brackets.

SAFETY IN USE

The bracket that comes with the patio heater always has a sufficient safety distance from the background to be attached, usually a wall or ceiling. Solamagic patio heaters use highly efficient thermal insulation, so that the heat radiator does not pose any fire hazard when installed correctly.

The surface temperature of the aluminum casing of the Solamagic patio heater only reaches about 50-60 degrees, and even a few centimeters away, the temperature is normal room temperature.

The Solamagic patio heater with integrated control unit is also equipped with a timer function, which allows you to set the patio heater to turn off automatically after a certain time. This way, the patio heater will not be left on accidentally.

Safety is naturally important to us. Did you know that the Solamagic FREE+ patio heater, for example, is equipped with a tilt sensor that automatically turns off the power if the device tilts more than 15 degrees?

INSTALLATION POINT

We recommend choosing the installation location for the patio heater in the immediate vicinity of the area to be heated to get the most benefit from the patio heater.

However, first check that there is sufficient power available. You probably have a 10 or 16 amp fuse that can handle a load of 2300W (10A) or 3700W (16A).
